A Custom Stylesheet for My Bear Blog
Bear blog has a nice collection of themes. But unfortunately, none of them suits my taste perfectly. I want a simple, clean theme that doesn't distract the readers from reading but rather elevates their reading experience if it can.
Because reading is the sole purpose of jotting down your thoughts/ideas in blogs. A blog that you wrote in the past might appeal to your senses enough to make you read it later in the future, or someone else might stumble upon it and feel the same way.
I use a custom theme for my GitHub Pages blog, which has been made from scratch and tailored to my taste. And I'm happy with how it looks. So, I wanted the same thing here for my Bear blog, too. Fortunately, Bear blog also lets you change the stylesheet.
Initially I went with the basic HTML theme that Bear offers and then changed the stylesheet that matches that of my Github Pages blog. So that's how this blog looks now (unless, of course, you are reading this in a time in the future when it has been changed again to something different).
I've put up my stylesheet on this GitHub repo for my reference and if anyone's interested.
